Terms of Service

Considering that it sells products online; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered through its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products by the customer on the website.

I - Confidentiality: the store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the “Sitio Blindado” seal.

II - Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service available to answer their questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the site. The SAC can be activated by phone, WhatsApp, or email from the website.

third Delivery Policy: the delivery time for Products is provided during the purchase process, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I - Verification of the suitability of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are satisfied or not at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service.

III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between deliveries. It is essential that an authorized person over the age of 18, carrying identification, be present at the requested address to receive the goods and sign the delivery note. If there are three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store's Distribution Center.

III.III - After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance payment, or even priority delivery.

III.IV - The delivery time provided during the Product purchase process takes into account stock, region, invoice issuance process, and Product preparation time. With each update in the order delivery status, the store system automatically sends alert emails and text messages to the Customer.

III.V - Shipping is free throughout the country.

III.VI - The store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; install or maintain products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than the one indicated on the DANFE; or deliver to a minor or someone without identification.

III.VII - The Store is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to pending issues with the customer, and therefore, it is necessary to go to the tax office for the release of the goods, considering that in these cases, information on releases and payments is only transmitted to the interested parties.

IV - Right of withdrawal: the Customer shall have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, in order to return the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to the store's distribution center in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual, and all its accessories.

IV.I - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).

IV.II - Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, it will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the total purchase price.

IV.III - For purchases made by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period and also the collection of the remaining installments after the total refund of the value of the Product to the Customer's credit card is the responsibility of the card administrator.
